Delivery Policy

Shipping cost after promotional offer will be shown at the time of your order.

We will send your order through FedEx and will be delivered between 7-15 days after payment.

You should take care of any custom expense if happens.

It is not possible to deliver to a PO Box. We will send your order to the address that you have registered in our system at the time we will ship your order, we will not get in touch with you before shipping, to verify your address, you have to have your correct address in our system. We will not redirect packages at our cost in the case that a customer gives an inaccurate address or fails to update the address on an order before the order ships and the customer will assume the cost if the package is returned to us.

Please note that in the case that a package is returned to us because of insufficient address (or of the like), you will have to pay the actual shipping cost (at least 40$) to have the order shipped a second time. If this results in the cancellation of an order then any discount made on shipping will be removed and will deducted of the refund, also we will charge you a 20% of your order as restocking fee. If there are fees for to accept the package back because of insufficient address or refusal of package, or because of payments fees, then you will also be responsible for paying those fees as well and they will be taken out of the refund.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking number states delivered, please reach out to the appropriate shipping company.

Refund Policy

Price Adjustment

If you purchase a product from 1 Armadillo, the purchase price of that product for that order will be maintained, regardless of whether the price of that product subsequently increases in the 1 Armadillo store. 


Items marked as Final, Final Sale, Clearance, perishable goods, gift cards, newspapers, magazines, books or any item noted as it cannot be returned.

If 1 Armadillo has already given notification of the order being shipped, then the order cannot be cancelled/refunded/edited/combined with other orders. You will have to wait to receive the item and then ship it back to 1 Armadillo for a return if desired. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as it was when purchased. It must also be in the original packaging, including shrink-wrap. 1 Armadillo will not accept returns on used games or games that have been opened.

Items may only be returned within 10 days of delivery (based on tracking number). 1 Armadillo does not cover shipping costs on returns. We recommend that you insure your shipment. You will not be reimbursed for an item that 1 Armadillo does not receive. If items arrive back to 1 Armadillo damaged, an additional fee will be deducted from the refund for the damage.

If you decided to return a product, shipping paid will not be refund any discount made on shipping will be removed and will deducted of the refund. Also, all returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Order Cancellation

If 1 Armadillo has already given notification of the order being shipped, then the order cannot be cancelled/refunded/edited/combined with other orders.

Orders are eligible for cancellation up to 15 days after the order was placed. Orders cancelled during this period will incur a 1,5% cancellation fee. Orders cancelled after the 15 day mark will incur a 5% cancellation fee.

If you wish to cancel a purchase from 1 Armadillo, you need to write an email to, we need between 2-4 business days to answer your email. Please note that due to processing times, we cannot guarantee cancellation of an order as it may already be processed and shipping.


Refunds may be issued as store credit or in the form of the original payment method. In order to determine the method of credit, 1 Armadillo will need to see a copy of the sales receipt (such as viewing the emailed receipt). If unavailable, 1 Armadillo may be able to look up the original transaction via their internal system.

If a customer requests a refund on an unfulfilled order after 6 months of the purchased date and PayPal was used as the method of payment, the amount will be refunded via store credit.

Damage Policy

In the event your games arrive to you damaged please keep the shipping box and all packing materials until your claim is resolved. Please be prepared to send pictures of the damage to your games as well as pictures capturing all side of the box including the bottom and the shipping label.

DO NOT remove shrink wrap if your game is damaged. If you open the product, we are unable to replace the item. 

Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and pictures of the shipping box and damaged item(s) must be sent to Customer Service. We will examine the photos and either (your choosing) send a replacement game(s) or issue a small credit to account for the damage. If a return is desired, please read over the return policy as it would apply.

Please note, damage to plastic clamshells, shrink wrap or minor scratches on the box are not considered damage if they not affect to the use of the item.

Pre-Order Policy

All preorders require full payment at the time the preorder is placed. We reserve the right to cancel any orders for any reason at any time. If we need to cancel an order we will email the customer, but are under no obligation to obtain permission or acknowledgement, prior to cancellation.
